Introduction LISA Purchasing

All of a company's purchase transactions are processed optimally and efficiently via "LISA Purchasing". It is crucial that purchasers have correct information from the various suppliers. LISA Purchasing allows you to call up diverse suppliers for one specific item with a complete supplier evaluation. As a result, the goods are delivered by the best party (i.e. best conditions). The purchaser has all possible information per supplier, including contact person, discounts awarded for a group of items or per item individually, delivery terms and conditions, payment terms and conditions, etc. This supplier information is also important when requesting tenders and placing orders. Purchasers can request tenders from diverse potential suppliers and use them later when inputting the purchases to automatically generate order forms. The answers to the order forms are saved and can be consulted at any time.

At user level, during implementation you can determine who has permission to approve the order forms, the maximum amount that can be purchased individually, those permitted to make purchases for investments, who can order for which departments and which other user orders can be consulted, etc. Security is very important to allow the flow of information as directly as possible without overlapping between the departments.

LISA Purchasing is completely integrated with LISA Financieel. As a result, the purchase invoice can be booked in the accounting automatically, of course after checking the purchase invoice by comparing the details of the purchase order and the goods that arrived.

Per project or investment one can follow up the order forms and the associated invoiced goods. Together with the proposed budget, the purchaser can follow the project closely and adjust it where necessary.

The purchasing package is in close contact with the supplies; purchasers must be able to check which goods are located under the minimum or maximum stock at any time. LISA will generate order proposals if certain goods reach the limit of minimum stock or buffer stock. The stock and purchasing data can be integrated automatically in the cost price calculation and all stock fluctuations can be followed accurately to reach a minimum stock cost and to guarantee a smooth flow of products. In the stock follow-up you can generate a "invoices to be received" list for a certain period. LISA Financieel users can take stock fluctuations into account during month cut-offs.

On the page "Modules" you will find a summary of the different parts of the purchasing package.
